Otto Warmbier, an American student, was arrested in North Korea and died six days after returning to to the US. President Donald Trump and Kim Jong-Un have openly insulted one another. In a conversation that begins by looking back at the Korean War, Andy Downs leads a discussion that looks at the Prospects for Peace on the Korean Peninsula.
