Ash Skyline Construction Will Continue Through Winter

Construction on the new Ash Skyline project in downtown Fort Wayne is on  schedule and will continue throughout the winter. 

Right now it’s a giant hole in the ground – and they’re not done digging yet. 

The future site of a mixed-use development downtown takes up nearly an entire  city block, with work on the city-funded underground parking garage is still  underway.

Hanning & Bean Pulls Out of Ash Brokerage Project

Fort Wayne Mayor Tom Henry has announced that a key partner in the nearly $100 million Ash Brokerage development downtown has pulled out of the project, leaving the building’s residential component without a developer.

The news came Thursday that Hanning & Bean Enterprises removed itself from the Ash project. The developer was in charge of the Skyline Terrace, a 17-story residential component comprising apartments, townhomes and condos.

Ash Project Gets More Space, Higher Costs

The Ash Brokerage project set for Downtown Fort Wayne is getting bigger. And it's getting more expensive.

The news came Thursday as Fort Wayne Mayor Tom Henry and the project developers announced the signing of the development agreements for the building. The site is expected to take up nearly a full city block bordered by Wayne, Harrison, Berry and Webster streets.

The building includes office space for Ash Brokerage, condominiums, first floor retail space and an underground city parking garage.
