In a bowl of an electric mixer combine the cake mix, water, butter, eggs graham cracker crumbs and cinnamon.  Beat on low for 2 to 3 minutes scraping the sides of the bowl often. Fold in the chopped apples by hand. Pour the batter into the greased pan. In a bowl combine the brown sugar, butter and flour. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the top of the cake. Bake until cake pulls away from sides of pan and toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely. Serves 10 to 12.
