The annual Holly Trolley Tour takes place this Saturday, and allows residents to "shop small" in a big way in downtown Fort Wayne.

For a look at how the downtown shopping experience is taking shape, WBOI's Julia Meek met with Taber Olinger, owner of the new specialty shop, Fancy and Staple, and Jack Ellsworth, general manager of The City Exchange group of shops, to learn what this year's Small Business Saturday has "in store".
