Fort Wayne is home to many inventions. Among them is the boss roaster, which was a major kitchen innovation in the 1800s and used often during the holidays.  Today on the Heritage Trail on WBOI, Tom Castaldi looks back on the history of the Fort Wayne Boss Roaster.
