This weekend, Cinema Center will feature a special screening of the independent film, Animals

The movie was directed by Fort Wayne native Collin Schiffli. And it’s picking up accolades, and a lot of attention.

Last year, Animals won the “Courage by Storytelling” award at the South by Southwest Film Festival and has been picked up for national distribution.

And at 28 years old, Schiffli is younger than your typical feature film director.

"Clerical Errors" is an all new, faith-based action comedy from writer/director David Matthew Weese of Blended Planet Pictures.

This family-friendly indie film was created and produced right here in Fort Wayne, and its world premiere is set for Friday at Carmike Jefferson Pointe.

Don "Donny O" Offerle stars as Vinny, a bad guy with a good heart, who takes the wrong turn on the crooked path to easy street.

Historian, author, and entertainer Bill Levy will tell you that his driving force is "a need to share," especially when it comes to his deep knowledge of cinema's past.

And that's what Levy does in his new book, Lest We Forget: The John Ford Stock Company, chronicling the career of the legendary director and his troupe of regular players.

WBOI's Julia Meek invited Levy to the Madge Rothschild Studios recently to share a bit of his passion for the silver screen.

Santa's not the only one making a list & checking it twice this holiday season! Cinema Center's executive director, Jonah Crismore was invited into the studio to share his insights on both well known and obscure Christmas movies by our own Julia Meek.
